            &lt;p&gt;The Hemophilia Association of the Capital Area (HACA) is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization established in 1961 to serve persons with bleeding disorders and their families in northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in Maryland. It is a local chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation.&lt;/p&gt;
