von Willebrand Education Event

HACA will host an educational event for people with von Willebrand disease and members who may be interested in learning more about vWD on Saturday, February 25, at 1 p.m. Janet Martin, MSN, RN-BC, CPN, of Takeda will lead “von Willebrand Disease: A-Z” Learn about inheritance patterns and types of vWD and its various symptoms, including those that are specific to women, as well as treatment approaches. The luncheon will take place at McCormick and Schmick’s at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. HACA will reimburse you for the cost of parking if needed.
