Bad Blood: A Cautionary Tale

HACA’s vWD and Ultra-Rare Bleeding Disorders Education Day will take place on Saturday, July 27, from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Walter Reed Center in Arlington, VA. This event is open to those with vWD, people with ultra-rare bleeding disorders, and other chapter members interested in the event topics. We will have a Spanish interpreter on hand for our Spanish-speaking members.

This year’s agenda will feature a session on “Understanding Your Pain” led by physical therapist Jeffrey Leblanc, DPT, PT, CSCS, to kick off the morning from 10-11. The second session from noon-1 p.m. is “Finding Strength Through the Struggle,” with Jasmine Pauldurai of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation.
